OTS™ Disposable Auto Injector
The OTS™ auto injector is a device based on patented ASI™ auto injector technology, designed to incorporate a 1ml 'long' prefilled syringe with staked needle. This enables Bespak Injectables to supply auto injector devices within short lead times for user assessments and clinical studies as well as for commercial supply.
The design of the OTS™ auto injector and its associated manufacturing systems allows devices to be supplied either off-the-shelf as a standardised product, or adapted to a partner's needs in relation to:
- Operating system (i.e. Push-actuated and/or Button-actuated)
- Injection volume
- External device geometry
The OTS™ disposable auto injector is a cost-effective delivery device for a standardised primary pack configuration, which can support:
- New and existing drug products
- Product families and pipelines
- Extensions to therapeutic indications
- Product lifecycle management programmes
