Programme Management
Bespak has significant experience in managing device programmes in the highly-regulated medical device sector, both for proprietary and non-proprietary products worldwide.
Bespak's New Product Introduction (NPI) framework has been developed based on the key principals of Advanced Product Quality Planning and allows for the leveraging of experience and learning from programme to programme. The NPI process forms the spine of all programme-related activities at Bespak.
The proprietary NPI process comprises of a deliverables checklist which is structured in a series of stages. Progress is evaluated by means of a gated review at each stage, which is managed by the Programme Manager and includes the Programme Stakeholders within a Steering Group. This framework ensures transparency to customers and allows activities that would normally occur in different stages to run in parallel.
Bespak's NPI framework recognises that no two products will necessarily follow the same path, and as such the programme drivers and objectives will be customised from product to product and customer to customer to reflect requirements, risk and other factors. Critically the experiences from all projects are captured within the functional organisations at Bespak and fed-back into future programmes, to ensure Bespak's customers are benefitting from a continually evolving process of best practice.
