Manufacturing efficiency is continually optimised to ensure the device and the manufacturing processes specified remain appropriate throughout life. Rather than using lifecycle management as a reactive process when volumes increase rapidly or begin to fall, our planned lifecycle management approach contributes significantly to the commercial success of the device and enables our partners to take advantage of sales peaks by meeting all demands.
