Bespak employs six sigma based methodologies to ensure the highest levels of control and quality are maintained. Our experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) through the assessment of agreed project criteria has shown significant performance benefits at all stages of product development.

Product quality is measured on a 'parts per million' defect basis and supply performance is rated by customer defined measures.

Bespak's flexible cell manufacturing strategy ensures appropriate resources are available for customer programmes at the time they are required.
