Apprenticeships at Bespak

Our Advanced Modern Apprentice Scheme is a four year programme which aims to not only give you externally recognised qualifications, but also equip you with the specific knowledge, skills and competencies needed within Bespak.

The first year of the programme is spent off site with our training partner, EAGIT, in Norwich.

Recruitment Process

Stage 1 Applicants apply in writing with their CV
Applicants with a minimum of five GCSE’s (grade ‘C’ or higher), including Maths, English and a Science are invited to apply with their CV.

Stage 2 EAGIT selection screening
Mechanical, application of numbers, communication and aptitude tests are carried out to assess the applicant’s ability.

Stage 3 Interview at Bespak

Stage 4 Group exercise
This is designed to assess a number of competencies that are key to the role.

Stage 5 Apprentice appointed

"Do I need to have passed my driving test?"
No.

"Will I have to stay in Norwich?"
Maybe, when we have recruited the apprentices we will review the situation and depending on the circumstances, we will either supply transportation and petrol expenses or accommodation in Norwich for the year off site at EAGIT.

"I’ve passed my driving test; will I need to use my own car?"
No.

"What will I get paid?"
The starting salary will be around £13,000 a year.

"Will all Pathways be available?"
When we advertise for Apprentices the advertisement will show the Pathways available.

"What are the requirements to apply?"
